Famous for their oysters (Coffin Bay Oysters), they don&#8217;t let you down. We see them everywhere. We could even buy them in the butcher shop. Settled on &#8220;oyster&#8221; seafood curry for lunch. Delicious. We drove out through Coffin Bay National Park.
