While saying I am\u00a0certainly not a fan of the method of feeding the geese for the Foie\u00a0Gras, and Mal does not enjoy it,\u00a0I will be honest and say I do enjoy\u00a0good Foie\u00a0Gras.\u00a0 Maybe that’s an influence from Yvette our wonderful French cleaner, come member of the family, whose house-keeping help we enjoyed for about\u00a0 15 years, and who is also a very good cook !!!<\/p>\n

I\u00a0am amused by the many “geese” in this region.\u00a0 Foie\u00a0Gras\u00a0shops after Foie\u00a0Gras shops. Nearly more than the wine shops !!!!<\/p>\n
